IFCEE 2021: Installation, Testing, and Analysis of Deep Foundations

Abstract

    Selected papers from the International Foundations Congress and Equipment Expo 2021, held in Dallas, Texas, May 10–14, 2021. Sponsored by the International Association of Foundation Drilling (ADSC), the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI), the Pile Driving Contractors Association (PDCA), and the Geo-Institute of ASCE.

    This Geotechnical Special Publication contains 55 peer-reviewed papers on the installation, testing, and analysis of deep foundations and piles, shafts, and load-bearing elements.

    Topics include: drilled shafts; driven piles; micropiles and ACIP piles; engineering design and solutions for deep foundations; load transfer and geomaterial structure; LRFD and reliability; NDT methods; numerical analysis; and thermal and energy aspects.
