Analysis of the Influencing Factors and Transformation Path of Real Estate Enterprises Based on QCA Theory

ABSTRACT

Through literature analysis, this paper extracts seven preconditions at three levels of “government-market-enterprise.” Taking 58 listed real estate enterprises as samples, this paper explores the complex causal relationship between the influencing factors of real estate enterprises transformation by using fsQCA analysis method. Then, it compares the importance of influencing factors and refines the high-level transformation path of enterprises, which provides qualitative and quantitative reference for the future development direction of real estate enterprises and government to formulate relevant policies.
