Analysis of the Comfort of Vibration due to Subway Running Propagation—Taking H City Metro Line 1 as an Example

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of urbanization, subway has become an important way for people to travel green due to its advantages of safety, convenience, and low energy consumption. However, the upward propagation of vibration along columns and platforms during subway operation will affect the vibration comfort of superstructure and the quality of life of residents. The vibration comfort under the influence of the subway has attracted everyone’s attention. To coordinate the relationship between people’s travel and a quality of life, it is necessary to evaluate the comfort of the surrounding buildings of the subway and effectively deal with the vibration source vibration reduction of the subway. This article takes a typical station platform and entrance/exit of Harbin Metro Line 1 as the research object and monitors the vibration acceleration and frequency of the environment along the entrance/exit of subway trains. To understand the satisfaction level of residents and passengers with comfort through a questionnaire survey and follow-up on vibration induced comfort. Through literature review and data analysis, analyze the impact of factors such as train load, travel speed, and tunnel depth on subway vibration propagation, and propose reasonable control measures.
