Practical Exploration of Order Training for New Residence Digital Brokers

ABSTRACT

The “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan” and the “Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education” all propose to promote the integration of industry and education, and school and enterprise “dual” education; strengthen the depth of school-enterprise cooperation; and help the transformation and upgrading of regional industrial development. This article takes the training of talents for new residential digital broker positions as an example. Carry out “shell” brokerage order training; oriented by corporate job demand; adopt double tutors in school to educate people; reshape the course content from three aspects: professional standards-course standards, job content-course content, and job assessment-course assessment; integrate into the new residential digital “1+X” professional qualification certificate and corporate training projects; and cultivate technical and skilled talents in the field of brokers.
