Research on the Optimum Burden Mathematical Model and Computer Application for Regenerated Hollow Polyester Staple Fiber

Abstract
As the plastic waste is not the same as other waste materials it causes the price of its impurities and recycling to vary greatly. Recycled textile fiber industry in past rely on artificial ingredients which are hard to find and meet the conditions, also the product of the unit cost of raw material consumption and the lowest ratio. The constrained linear programmings under the principles of polyester staple fiber production process undergo physical changes in the internal relations. The establishment of the hollow polyester staple fiber ingredients mathematical model, which considers the production of recycled polyester staple fiber process requirements, are suitable for production needs and ingredients results. Logistics management information system interface through the output list of ingredients, for example simulation of ingredients, it is more scientific than the conventional ingredients and is truly digital ingredients. At present, the regeneration of polyester staple fiber production process, ingredients are often accumulated experience with ingredient personnel to conduct, even if the use of manual calculation is very complicated it becomes difficult to meet the process conditions, but also make the product of the unit cost of raw material consumption and the lowest ratio of price.
