Layout Model of Logistics Corridor for Disaster Emergency Based on Reliability Analysis
Publication: ICLEM 2010: Logistics For Sustained Economic Development: Infrastructure, Information, Integration
Abstract
The occurrence of natural disasters has caused enormous damage and loss to human progress and socio-economic development. As a pre-planning tool, layout of logistics corridor for disaster emergency has significant meaning for the indemnity of emergency supplies delivery and rescue in case of disaster. From the perspective of system reliability, this paper built a bi-level programming. The upper level of programming was a multi-objective function with minimum logistics costs and the least maximum criticality whereas the lower level was equilibrium assignment of fixed user. Solving this model need transfer multi-objective planning into a single objective planning first, and then using improved simulated annealing optimization algorithm to work it out. Finally, we design an example to verify the model and algorithm with a comparative analysis of the results considering reliability in the objective function. Results show that the parameters of the corridor system, such as total cost, reliability and criticality have significantly been promoted after considering the reliability in the objective function.
