Research on Digital Road Traffic Guarantee System

Abstract
Digital road traffic guarantee system, integrated with advanced technologies as computer, spatial database and intelligent road traffic safety management technology, is one subset of the digital traffic safety system. The functions of such system are real time information collection and process, on-line traffic safety analysis, forecasting and decision-making. The architecture of the digital road traffic guarantee system is discussed in the paper.
