System Dynamics -Based Operational Mode of Trade Credit System for Enterprise in Supply Chains

Abstract
Trade credit is an essential factor for enterprise, especial for enterprise in supply chains because they forming a system. But relevant studies of trade credit focus on accounts receivable, the payables was ignored usually. In this paper, a dynamic trade credit model for enterprise in supply chains was build under the count model and the system dynamics, which brings accounts receivable and payables into a entirety. We analyze the operational mechanism based on the model. Eventually, relevant policies and suggestions are given on the base of preceding analysis.
