Smart Lighting Helps Urban Renewal and Development under the Background of Urban Culture

ABSTRACT

With the development of digitalization, smart lighting has become an important means of urban cultural transmission and an indispensable part of urban renewal. This paper studies smart lighting’s help to urban renewal and development under the background of urban culture, taking the Project of Pedestrian Street of Shenyang Center Street as the main line of research, which discusses urban renewal, smart lighting, urban culture, application research of smart lighting, and smart lighting research of the Pedestrian Street of Shenyang Center Street. Apply smart lighting to urban renewal and urban development, polish the artistic quality of urban space, stimulate the vitality of urban industry, promote the “artistic, scenario-based and experiential” of urban space, and create an “urban sample” of urban renewal. By using the design method of deep integration of smart lighting and urban culture, aiming at improving people’s living quality, high-quality urban renewal and development will be achieved eventually.
