ABSTRACT
In this paper, an individual vehicle travel origin-destination (OD) discrimination method is constructed. Firstly, traveling track sequences were generated from the bayonets. Secondly, the traffic analysis zones (TAZ) were divided by the layout of the bayonets, the distribution density of cab orders, and block boundaries. Thirdly, based on the topology of the road network, the association rules between the bayonets and the TAZ were set to identify the OD of travel. Additionally, taking Chengdu as the cast study area, the empirical analysis of established methods was carried out. The results show that the recognition rate of this discriminant method reaches 87.35%. This paper makes full use of the monitoring information from the widely laid bayonets to establish a vehicle travel OD discriminant method, which can meet the needs of fine control and can be used to guide the dynamic zone division.
