ABSTRACT
Material supply is a foundation and key link of ship building. Due to the large variety and quantity of materials involved, the quality and efficiency of material supply directly affect the process of ship building. With the continuous growth of China’s shipbuilding volume, the parts manufacturing and supply industry has developed rapidly, and the suppliers of similar materials have emerged in endlessly. This makes the shipyard use the supplier competition to obtain better resources, but also increases the cost and burden of the shipyard on supplier management. Therefore, it is necessary to build a supply network for shipbuilding materials, analyze the characteristics and current situation of the supply network, and provide supplier management strategies and network optimization suggestions from the perspective of the network.
