Research on Location Model of Bus Evacuation Assembly Point Considering Victims’ Convenience

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to solve a region under an emergency evacuation with temporary bus point location problem. From the perspective of convenience, the following are considered: the victims of the evacuation are avoided, the bus shortest total travel distance is built, victims of the shortest total walking distance for quantitative objectives bus rally point location optimization model are used, and simulated annealing algorithm is used. While obtaining the location conclusion of temporary ride point, the evacuation scheduling scheme of victims can be obtained. The rationality of the model and feasibility of the algorithm are verified by the example analysis. The experimental results show that increasing the budget will effectively improve the convenience of evacuation, but too much budget will reduce the evacuation efficiency. In addition, the evacuation demand has a great impact on the location conclusion, and the results are helpful to provide effective reference for the actual evacuation action.
