ABSTRACT

In the context of “carbon neutrality,” the construction of assembled rail transit projects has promoted the research of related environmental assessment. In order to solve the time-consuming problem of the existing assessment methods, the total carbon emissions of the assembled section of a cut-and-cover metro station is divided equally into individual ring sections for calculation, and the carbon emissions of the prefabricated standard ring materialization stage is accurately investigated to obtain the carbon emissions per ring section, so that the total carbon emissions of the assembled section of similar projects can be quickly estimated. This paper takes a typical project as a case study, visits prefabricated component factories and construction sites to obtain important information about the production, transportation, and installation of related materials, so as to conduct an accurate analysis of carbon emissions in the materialization stage of prefabricated standard rings of assembled subway stations, and proposes improvement suggestions based on the data results. The results show that the average carbon emissions in the materialization stage of prefabricated standard ring is 2,40,779.97 t, and the total carbon emissions from the manufacturing of related raw materials accounts for 87.81%, so reducing the carbon emissions in the upstream raw material manufacturing stage can significantly reduce the carbon emissions in the materialization stage of prefabricated standard ring.
