Simulation of Response Ability for Rainstorm and Waterlogging in Metro Station Construction Based on SD
Publication: ICCREM 2021
ABSTRACT
To study the evolution of the response ability of emergency rescuers for rainstorm and waterlogging in metro stations, increase the abilities to deal with rainstorm and waterlogging disasters. A simulation model based on SD for the emergency rescues’ response ability in a metro station rainstorm and waterlogging was established. First, extract the factors affecting the response abilities of emergency rescuers from four aspects: individual characteristics of rescuers, management level, rescue environment level, material and equipment reserve level; then, use the SD to build a simulation model for emergency rescuers’ response abilities; finally, conduct an empirical analysis of the response abilities on Chengdu Metro Line 11. The results showed that the response abilities of emergency rescuers showed obvious phase characteristics. The rescue management unit should pay attention to differences according to the actual rescue situation.
