Research on Early Stage Investment Decision of Real Estate Project Based on Grey System Theory

ABSTRACT

Scientific real estate project investment decision-making plan can effectively and reasonably control the investment scale of the project to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the real estate industry. This research adopts grey system theory to establish the investment decision model of real estate project. Constructed a real estate project investment decision-making index system through the expert scoring method, and the established investment decision model is used to conduct empirical analysis on real estate project investment decision plans. The research results show that the established investment decision model can effectively guide real estate project investment decision makers to choose a reasonable investment decision plan and can provide a reference for investors to obtain maximum returns.
