Abstract
Big data brought important development opportunities to the real estate appraisal industry, but also huge challenges. Research Purpose:How to innovate development of the real estate appraisal Industry under a new thinking mode in the big data age. Research Contents:The "4V" features and the impact of big data on:(1) the the real estate appraisal; (2) the real estate appraisal change of thinking; (3) business transformation; and (4) management mode reform. Conclusions:The innovation of real estate appraisal services and products, the development of the service concept, industry development mode and innovation of appraisal talents cultivation view. Through the research, we could provide a reference for innovation and development of the the real estate appraisal industry.
