Suburban Commuter's Choice Behavior of Travel Mode: A Case Study in Nanjing

Abstract
An in-depth survey research of six administrative districts on the outskirts of Nanjing fully realized characteristics analysis of suburban commuters' travel behavior; studied the structure commuter travel, occupation, gender, income, education, and other characteristics of commuting travel mode choice; and analyzed commuter trip chaining. Combined with the non-collection idea model theory, analysis of factors influencing suburban commuter travel mode choice established Logit models. Analysis of the results helps reveal changes in commuter behavior patterns, particularly to transport suburban commuters commute travel policy formulation and design of the transport provided for reference.
