Abstract
BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer) is a modern project-financing pattern in the world. On the basis of analysis of the venture resource and structure in BOT projects, fuzzy math and the theory of AHP are combined to present a fuzzy overall evaluation model, which is used in the research of venture evaluation in BOT projects. This model is a method of BOT project risk identification and evaluation, in which subjective and objective analysis are combined.
