Customer-Oriented Organizational Model for Railway Container Transportation

Abstract
According to construction and layout of the national railway container site, establishing a multi-objective planning function that aims for the largest economic benefits of the railway container system, the largest container direct rate, and the smallest empty boxes' running distance. The paper puts forward new ideas for the railway container trains program.
