Rendezvous Construction for Road Transportation Emergencies of Sichuan Province Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract
This thesis analyzes and compares six influencing factors in nine road transportation emergency areas of Sichuan Province by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and sets up nine provincial road transportation emergency centers and 10 assemblies with a quantitative index of rendezvous capability and instruction of rendezvous function, which to some extent form an efficient road transportation resource scheduling network for Sichuan Province so as to make the road transportation emergency capability meet the demands of high speed, efficiency, and strong pertinence.
