Abstract
This paper proposes a new shortest path search method based on the real-time dynamic network--evolutionary algorithm. Combined with the artificial neural network forecasting method, a real-time dynamic road impedance matrix is structured. This algorithm can quickly and effectively search the shortest path in the real-time dynamic and static networks, avoid the phenomenon of doing prone artificially for induced congestion of every dynamic path search algorithm and the path of local optimization of overall deterioration.
