Abstract
The organization of loading and unloading port station is an important part in the development of railway-water intermodal transportation. Loading and unloading equipment in the organization of allocation handling is the foundation for the successful completion of the loading and unloading task. This article proceeds from the perspective of the analysis of characteristics of hot metal transportation, loading and unloading system for loading and unloading equipment, machinery selection and other aspects. Handling equipment is divided into railway loading area and unloading area and yard area, and three aspects of horizontal transport equipment are introduced. Qualitative analysis of its advantages and disadvantages, quantitative analysis of the technical parameters, and mechanical selection according to the strengths and weaknesses of a variety of devices for each field area are made.
