Influence Factors and Principle Analysis about Division of Passenger Special Line and Existing Railway

It is favorable to transportation organization, improve the society and economic benefits from the point of railway, and that the ones should meet the passengers' traveling demand and improving passengers' transport services quality level from the point of passengers.
