Passenger Flow Distribution Based on the Choice of the Optimum Path in Urban Rail Transit Network
Publication: ICTE 2011
Abstract
The last networks of URT must be optimized again an again. To meet the needs of passengers is the basic purpose of URT. Passenger flow forecast is the basis of the draft of URT. So, traffic distribution is to be considered known. Program of urban rail transit network optimization model is derived through the establishment of one of the initial route network can meet the service to passenger. Suppose that initially identified urban rail transit network, the passenger travel route based on optimization options in the passenger flow on the network to form a new distribution, the distribution of passenger traffic is likely to differ from the original distribution. The basis of the initial distribution of passenger flow, the paper integrated with the least-cost passenger travel route choice model is derived on the urban rail transport network of the new passenger flow distribution may occur. Objective of this study is that theoretical guidance is provided for networks optimization from the perspective of a simple line network may be speculated that the uneven distribution of passenger line.
