Abstract
Aiming at the structure feature and maintenance quality situation of highway electromechanical system facilities in China and in order to evaluate the current operation of the system scientifically and objectively, the comprehensive evaluation method of electromechanical facilities maintenance quality was studied. Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative index, five-layer analytic hierarchy process (AHP) structure model and fuzzy mathematical theory is applied to conduct comprehensive assessment of electromechanical system facilities operation. The weight of every layer impact factor was analyzed and established through the integrated manner of questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation, expert consultation and adaptive adjustment. The result of proposed methodology technique can provide more precise weight data for maintenance quality assessment.
