Internal Mechanism of GUANXI and Supply Chain Risks Associated with Corporate Performance

This study analysis includes the effects of personal relationships and supply chain risks on decision-making uncertainties. We also found that decision-making uncertainties play an intermediate role between GUANXI, supply chain risks and corporate performance. Based on the current researches, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the related person of manufacturing industries to obtain valid data. The results of structural equation model analysis showed that: (1) as an enterprise resource, GUANXI can reduce the uncertainty in the decision-making; (2) the supply chain risks can increase decision-making uncertainty; (3) decision-making uncertainty has a negative correlation with corporate performance; (4) GUANXI and supply chain risks can influence the corporate performance through decision-making uncertainty.
