Abstract
According to the degree of cooperation from low to high, the relationship of supply chain enterprises was divided into three kinds: competition, competition and cooperation and complete-cooperation. Then the degree of nominal cooperation and the degree of the effective cooperation were defined. The degree of the nominal cooperation was measured by the business amount which enterprises participated, the result shows that the overall efficiency is not necessarily higher even though the level of cooperation in supply chain is higher. This led to introduce the degree of the effective cooperation. That was measured through the assessed value of the cooperation resources that enterprises invested in. The conclusion is that it is a positive correlation between the degree of enterprises effective cooperation and the efficiency of the supply chain, which helps enterprises choose effective partners in the supply chains. The relationship among supply chain enterprises has experienced the evolution of three stages: competitive relationship, complete-cooperation and competition and cooperation. The cooperation relationship of supply chain enterprises is different, when their effectiveness is not the same.
