Abstract
Evaluation of regional agriculture development status on resource conserving and environment-friendly is significant for promoting the healthy development of regional agriculture economy, particularly for positioning and adjusting regional functions, and the harmony of human beings economies and environment. This paper presents a combined method of K-means clustering and hierarchical clustering based on an index system of Evaluation of regional agriculture development status on resource conserving and environment-friendly, conducts the clustering with the real-world data on fourteen municipal regions of Hunan Province. We work out a set of alternatives of Evaluation of regional agriculture development status on resource conserving and environment-friendly based on the clustering result as the reference to support the decision process of government.
