Abstract

In the paper, the three-echelon supply chain model is constructed according to the related theory of supply chain and inventory management. In addition, the virtual warehousing management and three-echelon operation are realized on the basis of information sharing. The study analyzes and optimizes the model of three-echelon supply chain inventory cost from the perspective of retailers. Finally, the example is used to prove that the implementation of virtual inventory management can reduce the inventory to realize the goal of sum cost minimum.
