Abstract
Parameters used in accident reconstruction models are uncertain. How these uncertain parameters influence calculation results can be obtained through parameter sensitivity analysis and then more regard should be paid to these sensitivity parameters in accident measurement. Based on orthogonal design, a parameter sensitivity analysis method in accident reconstruction is proposed. A numerical case is used to illustrate the applications of the presented method, then the influence of uncertain parameters and the interactions between them on calculation results are obtained. Results show that the most sensitive parameter obtained by applying the orthogonal design method is the same as other scholar's; what's more, this method provides availability to inspect the influence of interactions between uncertain parameters on calculation results and the development trend of calculation results versus the variation of parameters.
