Computation of Road Network Reliability Based on Effective States

Abstract
Regarding to the situation that the capability of the road section is a discrete random variable, this article has constructed a state tree based on random variable's probability. Then combing the depth search with the breadth search, it has discovered the effective states under the allowable error term. At last it has carried on computation of the road network reliability under the definition of net economical reliability.
