Abstract
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the impact factors of port development, this paper built a system dynamic model to depict the relation of "the port and urban economy". And took Chongqing city as study object, systematically analyzed the impact factors of the Chongqing port development and the action mechanism on the development of urban economy. Through the design of programs for policy simulating, we get the impact degree of various factors on the port and city economy. Finally, according to the simulation results, we put forward the policy proposals that promote the port and urban economy development, which provide a scientific basis for the port industry development.
