Abstract
According to the importance and characteristics of the contingent event management, the main objective of this paper is to construct a coordinating framework of emergency management for third party logistics supplier (3PLS). Firstly, we analyzed the contingent event category and the emergency management characteristics. To base on the risk management theory, then we proposed a coordinating framework of the contingent events for 3PLS including management coordination, information collection, identification and evaluation, emergency plan selection, execution and monitor. Lastly, we founded a coordinating model and procedure of emergency management for 3PLS by applying for multi-agent technology. This research will build up the emergency management theory and risk management theory, and provide some decision supports for 3PLS under the contingent environment.
