Abstract
Set Pair Analysis (SPA) is a newly intelligent mathematics for system analysis qualitatively. Through the contact number, SPA analyzes and processes various uncertain problems such as those caused by fuzzy, stochastic and incomplete information etc. The main feature of SPA is that SPA objectively accepts all kinds of uncertainty in real world, and analyzes and processes dialectically various uncertain problems as well as the relation between certainty and uncertainty through three aspects: identical, discrepancy and opposition. In this paper, SPA is applied to ITS and a flow chart of the joint application of SP(G+I+E+C+D+M+J) is put forward. Besides, an example of the joint application of SP(G+I+E+C+D+M+J) to ITS is analyzed.
