Road Freight Virtual Enterprise Organization Based on Swarm Intelligence

Abstract
With the enhancing trend of the concentration and the integration of the economy, the intensity and the quality of the road freight demand are improving. However, the characters of the road freight in china, such as the disperse, chaos and small, don't fit its dominant position in the comprehensive freight transportation. To the above special characters and the fault of road freight enterprise organization, the suitability to develop virtual road freight organization is analyzed. An algorithm for freight virtual organization cooperated partner based on swarm intelligence is studied, for the selection and organization of the road freight partners. Then, the construction, operation and the organization of the road freight virtual enterprise are discussed. The study offers an operable beneficial developing model for the road, freight in China, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of the freight.
