Third Part Reverse Logistic Process Modeling Based on ARIS

According to principles as customer-centered, make full use of enterprise resource and maximize the benefit, reverse logistics is becoming more and more important to enterprises as being the new branch of the logistics. In this paper we begin with explaining the connotation, constitution and characteristics of reverse logistics and the status of third party logistics (3PL) in our country, analyze the advantages of out-sourcing reverse logistics, tie processing center of reverse logistics into conveyance center of 3PL, research flow of reverse logistics, and draw out the flow and integrate with the flow of 3PL system we had. We mainly used ARIS modeling technique to analyze the process that third party manage exterior reverse logistics flow of tire manufacturing enterprise, and set up a special tire reverse logistics model of modernized conveyance center and in the end we present design scheme of C/S mixed with B/S mode for third party reverse logistics information system, then we can support the realization of reverse logistics in information way, and perfect logistics system from the point of view of supply chain.
