Abstract
Intelligent Parking and Guidance System (IPGS), is an important part of ITS. The factors influencing route guidance, such as the position of vehicles, the information on road conditions, the free parking spaces, etc., are dynamically variable. Such variations are real time changing constrained conditions for GIS. How to construct the optimal arithmetic of vehicle guidance is a difficult problem that puzzles GIS and parking field. By the help of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), the guidance arithmetic to pilot vehicles into optimal park has been built, which elicits the optimal guidance route influenced by dynamic factors. The validity and reliability of the arithmetic has been verified by simulated traffic data.
