Abstract
Traditional inventory control pattern cannot meet the demand of managers. Nowadays inventory decision support system, IDSS, based on supply chain has become the present research point, In IDSS, Commodity classification and inventory model selection acts as the key. We adopt Fuzzy Cluster method to obtain the result of commodity classification, select and combine inventory control models to support decision-making for stock. Compared to former inventory model, the result has more actuate. We use the inventory decision-making file which can obtain the optimal match of commodity and policy. The efficiency has been increased to some extent.
