Theory and Method of Production Logistics Plan Optimizing for an Iron and Steel Enterprise
Publication: International Conference on Transportation Engineering 2007
Abstract
The level of production logistics management of iron and steel enterprises is closely related to the working out of logistics plan and the operation control. It requires special investigation of theory and method of working out logistics plan of iron and steel enterprise. Applying the methods of logistics system analysis and modeling, optimizing model of production logistic plan is given based on production structure tree and the logistics-oriented technique economic index system and the logistics-oriented plan optimizing index system. Market forecasting method concerned in the model is analyzed, optimizing method of variation and output is discussed, evaluation criterion by taking logistics equilibrium coefficient ∂ as the performance of production logistics plan is described and the express relate to ∂ is suggested. The optimizing module of production logistic plan provides the technical support for improvement and enhancement logistics management level of an iron & steel enterprise.
