ASCE Member subscriptions are for individual, personal use only and are not to be forwarded to libraries or reading rooms for at least 2 years after publication of the last issue of the calendar year.

Online subscriptions require acceptance of the ASCE Online User License Agreement.

ASCE MEMBERS ordering 'print+online' or 'online' subscriptions will be required to agree to the terms of the user license. If you wish to mail/fax your order, please submit the Individual User License Agreement before sending your order. Members will gain online access via a username and password. Prepayment of subscription(s) is required for password authorization.

INSTITUTIONS requesting access for a single site must submit a signed Institutional User License Agreement via mail/fax. Institutions will gain access via registered IP addresses. Prepayment of subscription(s) is required for IP address authorization.
