Providing state-of-the-practice information and guidance on today’s engineering methods and technologies, ASCE E-books and Standards encompass all civil engineering content areas, including construction, structures, transportation, geotechnics, environment, water resources, and civil engineering practice.

ACCESS AND USAGE

Institutional subscribers gain access to full-text digital e-book and/or e-book chapters via their organization’s IP addresses and may use the archive in a manner consistent with their institutional license agreement. A paid subscription is not required to use the search and view abstracts.

2024 RATES

Annual Subscription
12-month (January-December) leased online access to all current-year ASCE e-book titles, plus leased online access to the complete backlist of e-books and standards. Price: $6,386

One-time Purchase, Perpetual Access – Frontlist + Backlist
Perpetual access to all current-year ASCE e-book titles (titles published Jan. 2024 through Dec. 2024), plus perpetual access to the complete backlist of e-books. You will have the option to expand your collection by purchasing new titles each year. Price: $19,300

Each one-time purchase, perpetual access account will be assessed a yearly maintenance fee of $495. The fee will be waived provided that the institution (1) purchases the current year e-books packages published in successive years, or (2) subscribes to ASCE ALL Journals each year.

One-time Purchase, Perpetual Access – Frontlist
Provides perpetual access to all current-year titles. Price: $2,790

2024 Library Collection
Online access to all of ASCE Library. Including all 34 ASCE Journals (1983 to 2022), online Proceedings (750+ title archive plus all new titles in 2024), online access to 550+ e-book titles, including ASCE Press, Standards, and Manuals and Reports, Civil Engineering Magazine (2005 to present), and GEOSTRATA Magazine. Price: $26,400 (Annual lease)
