Editor’s Note

Dr. Nabil Grace, University Distinguished Professor and Chair of the Civil Engineering Department at Lawrence Technological University, has been appointed to a two-year position on the editorial board of the Journal of Composites for Construction. Dr. Grace is the director of the Center for Innovative Materials Research at Lawrence Tech. His primary interests within the scope of the Journal include the application of carbon fiber composites to structural engineering, environmental effects in composites, and infrastructure rehabilitation using composites. Dr. Grace earned his Ph.D. from the University of Windsor, Ontario. He is a registered professional engineer and a member of ASCE.

Dr. Sami Rizkalla, University Distinguished Professor of Civil Engineering and Construction at North Carolina State University, has rotated off the editorial board of the Journal. Dr. Rizkalla was appointed to the board when the Journal was launched in early 1997. He has provided top-quality reviews covering the use of composites in a broad range of civil engineering structures such as reinforced and prestressed concrete structures, steel structures, and all-composite bridge decks. His efforts to build and enhance the Journal over the past $13\text{years}$ are greatly appreciated, and his wise guidance will be greatly missed.
