Notes
We are pleased to announce the Best Paper Awards for the Journal of Composites for Construction for the papers published in 2005 (Volume 9).
Awards are given for papers in the basic research category and the applied research category. In each category, up to two awards are given—one Best Paper and one Honorable Mention paper. Not all awards are given out every year. The committee for the 2005 awards consisted of Prof. Julio Davalos of West Virginia University (Chair), Prof. Laura De Lorenzis of the University of Lecce, and Prof. Amnon Katz of Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. I express my sincere thanks to the committee members for their dedicated service to the Journal. I also congratulate the award winners. Award recipients receive a certificate of recognition from ASCE.
