Abstract

Each professional must increase his productivity and then maintain it at his highest potential level. He can do so by vigilantly watching the following nine points: (1)All productivity destroyers/killers must be identified and eliminated, or their impacts minimized; (2)productivity must be relevant to the aim; (3)each operational cycle must be optimized; (4)personnel convenience must be maximized; (5)production economics should be watched; (6)compatibility with community goals must be maintained; (7)planning must ensure full production rates of each individual; (8)lessons must be constantly learned from each success and each failure; and (9)quality must be ensured.
