Abstract
The purpose of recruiting is to locate and select the best available candidate for each job. The following nine considerations are recommended: (1)Identify and eliminate the potential troublemaker; (2)job requirements for each post; (3)optimum selection; (4)human considerations during recruiting; (5)cost of recruiting; (6)compatibility with community goals; (8)lessons learned from successes and failures in the methods used; and (9)acceptability of the selected personnel by the organization where they are employed.
