An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Knowledge Management, Strategic Management, and Enterprise Performance: An Empirical Study Based on Construction Enterprises in East China

ABSTRACT
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has a great impact on the development of enterprises. The purpose of implementing knowledge management in enterprises is to improve enterprise performance and maintain competitive advantage in the competitive market environment to seek long-term development of the organization. Knowledge management can improve enterprise performance, but the transformation mechanism between them needs to be further explored. At the same time, as knowledge and information become the analysis dimension of management strategy, it is necessary to strengthen the intervention of enterprise knowledge management system. This paper constructs the relationship model between knowledge management, strategic management, and enterprise performance, and puts forward relevant assumptions. Taking construction enterprises in East China as the research object, it verifies the impact of knowledge management on enterprise performance through empirical research, and the intermediary role of strategic management in the relationship between the two.
