E-Commerce Distribution Mode Selection for Agricultural Products in Smart Cities

ABSTRACT
Haidong City is pursuing to build as the smart cities in Qinghai Province, western China. To reach the goal of collective prosperity, in the building procedure of smart cities, the selection of the e-commerce distribution mode for agricultural products is becoming a key issue. How to form a complete logistics system in the smart cities is thus be focused. In this study, we propose a common distribution model of agricultural products e-commerce logistics in Haidong City based on AHP with revised weight TOPSIS method. The result indicates that the best scheme is joint distribution mode relying on the supply and marketing cooperatives, which can be provided for the e-commerce distribution mode selection for agricultural products in smart cities.
