Study on Profit Distribution of Old Residential Renovation PPP Projects

ABSTRACT
In recent years, urbanization has gradually changed from “high-speed development” to “high-quality development,” in which the transformation of old residential areas plays an important role. The reconstruction of old residential areas makes the government face great financial pressure and management pressure, so PPP model is suitable for reconstruction. However, in the PPP model, the core interest subject government and social capital have the problem of uneven profit distribution. To solve this problem, this paper constructs an effective benefit distribution model based on Shapley value method, and introduces four impact factors, including capital investment ratio, risk sharing ratio, contribution degree, and contract performance degree, to revise the model. Combined with the actual case, it is found that the profit distribution of the improved Shapley value method is more scientific and rational in the reconstruction project of the old residential area, which improves the enthusiasm of the cooperation between the government and the enterprise in the PPP mode.
