An Empirical Study on Asset Structure and Enterprise Performance of Listed Real Estate Companies

ABSTRACT

As an important support of the national economy, the real estate industry has a strong influence on people’s basic life, enterprises’ basic production, and the national economy. The governance of asset structure can improve the company’s management level and resource utilization efficiency, so as to improve the enterprise performance. This paper takes the financial statements of listed real estate companies from 2016 to 2020 provided by CSMAR database as the research object, takes the rate of return on total assets as the dependent variable and the proportion of various assets as the independent variable, uses Excel and SPSS for data processing and analysis, empirically studies the relationship between asset structure and enterprise performance of listed real estate companies, and puts forward suggestions to listed real estate companies in theory, in the hope that listed real estate companies can improve their enterprise performance.
