Ecological and Economic Evaluation and Empirical Study on Prefabricated Residence

ABSTRACT

With the key point of the present development of prefabricated residence and the national policy, the concept of prefabricated residence and the base of the ecological and economic optimization theory are defined. Based on the principles of building the index evaluation system and the analysis of constituent elements of ecological and economic evaluation of prefabricated residence, the evaluation items are refined, and the ecological and economic evaluation of prefabricated residence is formed. Through the calculation and analysis of indexes of the demonstration of typical prefabricated residence, the feasibility and effectiveness of the index system is validated.
